Business Development Manager – HVAC πŸ“ North Lanarkshire πŸ’· Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Company Car / Car Allowance Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, our client, a well-established HVAC business based in North Lanarkshire, is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to support the next phase of their growth. This is a newly created role within the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to make a genuine impact while building a rewarding long-term career. We're looking for someone with a strong HVAC background, a proven track record in B2B sales, and an established network of industry contacts. This role will focus on both winning new business and developing existing client relationships. The Role Working closely with senior management, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the business by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, and securing new contracts. Key responsibilities include: * Identifying and securing new business opportunities across the HVAC and Building Services sectors * Managing and growing existing client accounts * Developing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders * Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation through to contract award * Conducting client meetings, presentations, and site visits * Building a strong pipeline of opportunities and maintaining accurate sales forecasts * Working closely with operational teams to ensure excellent customer service and contract delivery * Monitoring market trends and competitor activity About You The successful candidate will have: * Previous Business Development or Sales experience within an HVAC business * Strong business-to-business (B2B) sales experience * A proven track record of winning new business * Existing industry contacts and relationships * Experience managing and growing customer accounts * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * A self-motivated and driven approach * Full UK Driving Licence What's on Offer βœ” Competitive basic salary βœ” Uncapped commission structure βœ” Company car or car allowance βœ” Our client is prepared to improve on your existing commission package for the right individual βœ” Newly created role with genuine autonomy βœ” Opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business βœ” Long-term career progression and earning potential If you're currently working within HVAC sales and feel your earning potential is being restricted, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
