The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently printing production orders to customer specifications while maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality. Hours of work: This role operates on a 3-week rotating shift schedule. 12 hour shift pattern, Days & Nights, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM * Week One - 3 Days * Week Two - 3 Nights * Week Three - 2 days & 2 Nights With the support of the team, you will be responsible for: * Operating the flexographic printing press to strict KPIs. * Ensuring all jobs are printed accurately to customer specifications. * Conducting appropriate quality checks in accordance with quality standards. * Completing and signing off documentation in line with company procedures. * Ensuring efficient handover to the following shift for smooth continuous production of jobs. * Keeping the area, equipment, and machinery clean and tidy in accordance with relevant procedures during the shift. Specification * Print apprenticeship or relevant experience essential. * IT literate with experience operating computer-controlled machines. * Well-organised, able to plan with good attention to detail. * Good communicator with an enthusiastic approach and a team player. * Ability to work flexibly to suit the needs of the business.
