Sales director

Sales director - Required to help grow an already successful school sports tours company. You will be developing existing and new school business, using your current relationships as well as heling grow a team under your leadership. School sports tours experience is a must, ideally based Birmingham and below, salary up to £45,000, great comm and the chance to earn equity in the business.   Duties of a sales director -Selling UK, European and Worldwide school sports trips, including football, Hockey, rugby and ski. -You will not be restricted to area in the schools you approach , but ideally you will be located in the Midlands or South East, but again they are open for the right candidate -Contacts within the school sports industry, as well as the knowledge and ability to bring in new business -Experience in running a team, as with time they would like you to build up a strong sales team Skill set of the Sales Director -A strong background in the Schools travel market -An excellent black book of contacts  -Ability to grow and develop a successful sales team  -Able to work autonomously with guidance from the owners Additional information -Great comm structure -With time the chance to gain equity in the business If you are interested in the above role please apply online of send your cv to (url removed) quoting DT60660
