Role Brief

Are you a motivated and ambitious individual eager to kick-start your career in sales and management? Join our team as a Management Trainee, where you will undergo comprehensive training to develop your leadership skills and gain hands-on experience in various business operations.

Role duties:

Participate in a structured training program covering key business functions, including operations, sales, customer service, and team management. Work closely with senior managers and team members to learn day-to-day operations. Contribute to team projects and drive process improvements. Develop leadership and decision-making skills by supervising small teams and managing assigned tasks. Analyse business performance and assist in developing strategic plans. Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and colleagues.
