You ll oversee handovers, allocate staff effectively and ensure each resident s needs are met with dignity, respect and consistency.

You ll mentor and supervise carers, ensuring they feel supported and motivated to provide the highest standard of care. You ll lead by example auditing care plans, managing medication safely, welcoming new residents and communicating effectively with families, GPs and multi-disciplinary professionals.
