Trading Manager - Lead Store Availability & Growth
About the role
Morrisons Port Talbot is looking for a high performing Trading Manager to ensure stores are fully stocked and deliver an excellent customer experience across all departments. You will report into the Store Manager and lead teams to achieve best in-store standards.
You will plan promotions, respond to customer feedback, maintain availability, and train and develop talent while working with other managers to drive performance and engagement across the store.
