• Develop sourcing strategies that balance commercial value, risk management and service delivery objectives.
• Partner with operational and senior stakeholders to provide commercial guidance and procurement expertise.
• Manage competitive tender exercises, supplier negotiations and contract award processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimisation.
