- Poole (2 days/month) / Remote Salary: £60,000 Type: Fixed Term Contract (24 months; likely to extend) Why Join
* Play a key role in a major digital transformation programme, modernising the tech stack for a world-leading lifesaving charity
* Contribute directly to mission-critical Workday HCM and Microsoft ERP projects, with long-term opportunities as the programme expands About the Role
* Serve as a subject matter expert for integration architecture, shaping technical standards, processes, and quality across projects
* Act as the link between enterprise architects, integration developers, and business stakeholders, ensuring integration solutions are fit for purpose.

Initially focused on Workday, then ERP delivery
* Support efficiency, scalability, and innovation across the charity's most critical systems Must-Have Experience
* Expertise with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, Azure Integration Services, or similar)
* Ability to design and document integration solutions using modern APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), including lifecycle, versioning, monitoring, and security
* Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem: Service Bus, API Management, Event Hub
* Strong understanding of event-driven and messaging architecture
* Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences Nice-to-Have
* Experience with Workday (HCM), Dynamics 365, or other Microsoft ERP platforms
