We're looking for a creative, flexible and commercially savvy Executive Chef with a genuine passion for food and people.

With a £3 million annual turnover, the site delivers premium hospitality, private dining, staff dining and two high-end cafés. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing operation and make a real impact. You'll lead a growing 14-strong kitchen team, delivering exceptional food across hospitality, private dining and staff dining.

A key part of the role is building strong client relationships. We're looking for a proactive and adaptable, always looking for ways to exceed client expectations and bring their ideas to life.

You'll also:

• Lead and develop the kitchen team.
• Create bespoke menus and innovative food concepts.
• Develop and elevate the staff dining offer.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and private dining experiences.
• Respond confidently to last-minute requests and changing client needs.
• Manage food costing, budgets and commercial performance.
• Continuously drive creativity, quality and culinary excellence.
