Petersham Nurseries Cafe in Richmond are looking for a passionate, creative and ambitiousChef de Partieto join our growing team at The Petersham Cafe, in Richmond. We are passionate about food, sustainability and all that comes with it. We work closely with small suppliers and producers and work around season. We use products from ourfarmin Devon and waste nothing. Respecting the Slow Food philosophy of Good, Clean and Fair and the traditions on which Petersham Nurseries Richmond was founded, The Petersham focuses on the finest seasonal produce, quality ingredients and Italian flavours, serving lunch and dinner.
You:
Proven experience as a Chef De Partie
A passion for food and produce lead cooking
Comfortable cooking in front of guests in our vibrant restaurant with open kitchen
Experience managing a section and working as part of a busy team within a fast-paced xwzovoh environment
Ability to work well in a team
Excellent communication skills
