Employment Counsel

A rapidly growing AI infrastructure business is looking to hire an Employment Legal Counsel to support its expanding international workforce.

This is a hands-on employment role working closely with the People team, People Partners and senior leadership across a broad range of UK and international employment matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Advise on day-to-day UK and international employment matters
• Manage and advise on complex employee relations (ER) cases
• Support employment litigation and disputes, working with external counsel where required
• Partner closely with People Partners and HR on employee matters and risk
• Draft and negotiate employment agreements, policies and related documentation
• Advise on performance, disciplinary, grievance and termination matters
• Support employment matters arising from international expansion
• Help develop scalable employment policies and processes as the business grows

Ideal profile:

• 5–7 years' PQE
• UK-qualified employment lawyer

• Strong UK employment law experience, including ER and litigation
• Comfortable partnering directly with People Partners, HR and senior stakeholders
• Experience in a fast-growth technology, infrastructure or similarly complex business preferred
• Commercial, pragmatic and solutions-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
