Closing Date: 15th October 2026 Site Managers Essential Criteria Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree academic background. Site engineering experience. Experience working on construction projects from commencement through to completion on projects valued from approximately £5 million+. Experience coordinating internal and external trades on construction projects. Good IT skills and ability to use construction management software systems. Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills. Positive approach to quality, health & safety and team management. Foreman Essential Criteria Time served joiner or relevant construction trade background. Experience supervising trades or small site teams. Keen to progress into a foreman / leadership role Positive approach to quality, health & safety and site organisation. Good communication and teamwork skills.
