Recruitment Consultant – Temporary Desk Locations; Bedford, Northampton, Leicester , Peterborough & Birmingham Hours: Monday to Friday , 8.30am – 4.30pm Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 D.OE basic salary + uncapped commission About KAP Technical KAP Technical is an independent recruitment consultancy specialising in the engineering, technical, and manufacturing sectors. Due to continued growth and high demand across our markets, we are expanding our Temporary Division and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultants. The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who is passionate about delivering excellent service, building strong client relationships, and managing a successful temporary workforce. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, ensuring both clients and candidates receive a professional and efficient service. Key Responsibilities * Respond promptly to client requests for temporary workers. * Source, screen, interview, and assess suitable candidates. * Build and maintain a strong pool of available temporary workers. * Develop a thorough understanding of client businesses, their industries, and workplace cultures. * Manage all candidate and client documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy. * Negotiate pay rates and terms with clients and candidates. * .
