Solicitor - insolvency

Our client is a leading Litigation firm looking for a qualified solicitor 2 years PQE to join their Insolvency team. This role involves high-profile and complex matters, a keen interest in this area is vital.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Core duties will include the following:

• Acting for insolvency officeholders in contentious litigation mandates.
• Coordinating claims in multiple jurisdictions.
• Representing officeholders and stakeholders in insolvency and distressed contexts.
• Resolving disputes and monetizing claims.
• Pursuing the recovery of assets in insolvency or distressed situations.
• Working alongside specialist law firms globally.

Ideal candidates must have the following:

• 2-4 years PQE in contentious insolvency and asset recovery.
• Strong general restructuring and insolvency expertise.
• Familiarity with the main insolvency practitioner firms in the UK.
• Ability to build a peer group network within the insolvency community. xwzovoh
