Supported Living Care Assistant

Provide a high standard of physical and / or emotional care whilst promoting equality for all individuals.
This role requires flexible, evening and weekend working.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
The post is on a 2 weekly rolling rota on the following pattern:
