You will set process standards, technical governance and a long-term manufacturing engineering strategy that site Leads deliver globally, with regular travel to UK facilities.

You will lead the ME Leads, drive APQP, PFMEA, control plans and production readiness reviews, and partner with RTS/automation teams to ensure robust, rate-capable processes.
