We're recruiting Relief Chef Managers for a leading education catering business operating across primary and secondary schools throughout London and the South-East .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager or Head Chef from education catering or B&I contract catering looking for a varied multi-site role with genuine work-life balance, strong support and excellent long-term progression opportunities.
The Offer
£38,000 - £42,000 salary
Term-time only + 2 additional working weeks
Monday to Friday operation

Mixture of primary and secondary school contracts.
Multi-site relief role supporting schools across the region.
Fresh food-focused catering operations.
Monday to Friday service.
Supporting sites during holidays, vacancies, training and mobilisations.
5 positions available across South London and Kent.
5 positions available across North-East London.
The Role
Support multiple school catering operations across your region.
Lead and develop kitchen teams on site.
Manage food production and service standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and health & safety procedures.
Manage stock control, ordering and food cost controls.
Build strong relationships with school leadership teams.
Support contract mobilisations and operational projects.
Maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction.
Drive consistency, standards and performance across sites.
About You
Previous Chef Manager or Head Chef experience.
Education catering or B&I contract catering background essential. xwzovoh
MUST have a driver's licence and car.
