Corporate Senior Associate

A highly regarded international firm with particular strength across the energy, infrastructure and transport sectors is looking to add a 6-7 PQE Corporate Senior Associate to its London team.The corporate practice advises an impressive mix of private equity and infrastructure funds, major corporates, investors and other market participants. The team regularly acts on significant domestic and international transactions, with a particularly strong track record in the firm’s core sectors.The successful candidate can expect a broad and sophisticated corporate practice, encompassing M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate finance, strategic investments and joint ventures, alongside wider corporate advisory work. There is a significant international dimension to the practice, with the team regularly working alongside colleagues across the firm’s global network on complex cross-border transactions.At 6-7 PQE, the successful candidate will be expected to play a senior role on transactions, taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of matters, supervising more junior lawyers and developing strong relationships with clients.
