Production Manager Location: Wrexham Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on skills and abilities) Full-time, Permanent 8am-4.30pm M-F Additional benefits: Progression opportunities Friendly working environment The role: We are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit a Production Manager who will oversee the daily. This is a key leadership role focused on maximising productivity, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring customer delivery expectations are consistently met. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate machine schedules to maximise productivity and efficiency. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer delivery requirements are achieved. Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to maintain high performance levels. Work closely with planning and warehouse functions to ensure smooth operational flow. Manage labour resources effectively and support workforce development initiatives. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures. Identify and resolve production issues quickly to minimise downtime. Requirements: Proven experience managing multiple production lines and production planning activities. Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and develop teams. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
