Location: Omagh

Salary: £12.75 per hour with weekly pay

Hours: Full-Time 9am-5pm great family friendly hours!

The Role

Honeycomb are seeking an organised, professional, and motivated Administrator to join a busy team based in Omagh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team.
• Manage telephone and email enquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation.
• Organise appointments, meetings, and diaries as required.
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.
• Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues and service users.

Essential Criteria

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

• 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C or equivalent), including English and Maths, and at least 1 year's administrative experience.

OR

• At least 3 years' administrative experience.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
