FLT Counterbalance Driver – Automotive Plastics (Warehouse/Production) We are currently recruiting for experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a busy plastics manufacturing site within the automotive industry. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term, ongoing work in a supportive and friendly environment. Key Requirements: Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence (essential) Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Duties May Include: Loading and unloading goods Supplying production lines with materials Operating Forklift Counterbalance General warehouse duties as required Hours of Work (Rotating Double Days): Week 1: Monday to Thursday: 5:40am – 1:50pm Friday: 5:40am – 11:30am Week 2: Monday to Thursday: 1:40pm – 9:50pm Friday: 11:20am – 5:10pm Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour (first 12 weeks) Increasing to £14.24 per hour after 12 weeks What’s on Offer: Ongoing, long-term opportunity Weekly pay Friendly and supportive working environment If you have a valid FLT Counterbalance licence and are looking for stable, long-term work, apply now
