Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Trainee Silicone Applicator to join their expanding installation team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with basic construction or trade experience who wants to develop into a skilled Trainee Silicone Applicator. Full in-house training will be provided, with progression to a company van-issued role after 3 months. Responsibilities Carry out silicone sealing and finishing work on windows and doors Support wet glazing applications on domestic and commercial sites Assist installation teams across London-based projects Prepare and finish fitted products to a high standard Learn specialist application techniques through structured training Maintain excellent attention to detail and workmanship Follow all health and safety procedures on-site Travel to various project locations as part of the installation team Skills & Experience Required No previous experience required – full training provided Full UK driving licence essential Basic construction or trade experience desirable Willingness to learn and develop practical skills Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail Strong communication skills CSCS card desirable but not essential Positive attitude and ability to work within a team Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Birthday off Company pension Employee discount scheme Referral programme Sick pay and cycle to work scheme Free onsite parking Full training with progression opportunities Working hours are typically 5:30am starts with a 4:30pm finish back at the Climping headquarters
