Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students. Requirements: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a school setting. A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
