Graduate Cover Supervisor - Durham Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available | Immediate Start Are you a graduate looking to gain experience in secondary schools before moving into teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or another education-based career? Teaching Personnel is working with secondary schools across Durham that are looking for reliable and confident graduates to join them as Cover Supervisors. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on classroom experience, build your confidence working with young people, and develop skills that are highly valued within education. The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain on task with the work provided. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising pre-set lessons across a range of subjects Managing behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Supporting students with the completion of classwork Encouraging engagement and participation in lessons Following school behaviour and safeguarding procedures No lesson planning or marking required.
