Join us as a Colleague Technology Security LeadLead on our evolving our colleague identity capabilitiesWork on ensuring consistent Malware ProtectionEnhance our Data Security, including but not limited to: Classification, Location, Protection (in use and at rest)What you'll doWe are creating a new team within our CISO organisation to own and lead all aspects of Colleague Technology Security.  This role will lead a small team (initially 4 people) and will broadly cover:Securing and managing local AI use and accessSoftware / SaaS / Browser plug in controlsWorking on General Sys AdminCollaborating closely with the wider CTS (Colleague Technology Services) and Security teamSupporting your team in achieving their goals and progressing their careersThe skills you'll needYou'll need experience either leading a small team or as a strong technical lead, who is genuinely keen to progress into people leadership.
