Job Description locum Employment Lawyer /n Local Authority/n Remote/n £55-60 per Hour/n We're currently working with a well-established Local Authority seeking an Employment Lawyer to join their legal team on an initial three-month rolling contract./n This is an excellent opportunity for an interim lawyer looking for a fully remote assignment within local government. /n Key Responsibilities/n /n /n - Managing a varied employment law caseload. /n - Providing advice on TUPE. /n - Providing clear and focused legal advice. /n Candidate Requirements/n /n /n - Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Chartered Legal Executive. /n - Demonstrable employment law experience. /n - Previous experience within a Local Authority or the wider public sector is desirable. /n - Available to start at short notice. /n Contract Details/n /n /n - Initial three-month rolling contract /n - Strong potential for extension /n - Remote working /n - Full-time hours /n - Start asap /n - £55-60 per hour /n /n /n If you're an Employment Lawyer looking for your next interim opportunity within local government, we'd be keen to hear from you.
