New Vacancy - Claims Adjuster - PI & FI Lloyd's Syndicate City of London I am currently partnered with a leading Syndicate who are seeking a Claims Adjuster to join their Financial Lines team. This role will be handling complex PI & FI related losses from global jurisdictions including the US, UK, Canada and more. This will be a mix of primary and excess layers, including lead Claims and Claims Agreement Party arrangements. My client is seeking a Claims professional with 4-6+ years experience handling PI/FI Claims from a Lloyd's/London Market view. My client can consider Claims Brokers too. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of claims on a day-to-day basis, including all tasks arising from the caseload Assess coverage, liability, and damages to determine the extent of exposure for both the insured and the company Oversee and closely monitor work carried out by experts and defence counsel Deliver high-quality customer service while building strong, long-term relationships with insureds, brokers, and partners Communicate coverage positions clearly to insureds Set and maintain reserves within delegated authority Report to reinsurers and other insurance partners as required Provide support to business leaders on claims and underwriting matters when needed Attend mediations and trials as required
