An NHS organisation in West London is seeking experienced IPS Employment Specialists to support a service expansion programme. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with proven IPS experience who can quickly integrate into an established team and provide immediate support whilst permanent recruitment and onboarding processes are completed.

Employment Specialists will be based across a number of boroughs and will work flexibly across locations in line with service requirements. The role will also involve employer engagement activity across boroughs and, where appropriate, the wider Tri-borough area.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver employment support in line with the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) model.
• Manage a caseload of clients with mental health needs, supporting them into and within paid employment.
• Provide practical support including CV writing, interview preparation, job searching and career guidance.
• Build and maintain relationships with local employers to identify suitable opportunities for service users.
