Reporting into our Managing Consultant and working alongside some of our biggest billers, you'll take full 360 ownership of a recruitment desk focused on the US Advanced Engineering, Clean Tech, and Aerospace & Defence sectors. you'll be genuinely embedded in their businesses, helping shape hiring strategies and building long-term talent pipelines. Alongside delivering for existing clients, you'll be building your own network, developing new business, and laying the foundations for a team around you.
