Based in central York with hybrid working options, you’ll lead change events, coordinate with senior leaders, and ensure smooth operations to support mission and worship.

The role is full time (37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri with occasional Sundays/evenings) and salary is £42k‑£47k depending on experience. 18‑month contract with reassessment on completion.
