As a Community Visiting Officer in the Property Sector, you'll play a key role in visiting tenants and ensuring their housing needs are met. Based in London, this temporary role involves a mix of office work, home working, and field visits to help the business deliver excellent service to its residents. Client Details An organisation based in London, operating within the property sector. Description Visit tenants to assess and address their housing-related needs. Provide advice and support to ensure tenants are accessing available services. Maintain accurate records of visits and outcomes. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve tenant issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with property-related policies and procedures. Respond to tenant queries and concerns in a timely manner. Support the organisation in improving tenant satisfaction.Profile A successful Community Visiting Officer should have: Experience within the property industry or a similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills. Basic DBS Knowledge of housing policies and tenant support services.Job Offer Hourly pay of £21 to £25, dependent on the level of experience.
