NEW OPERATIONS MANAGER BASED IN CORBY. Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and operational leadership? You will ensure operational performance aligns with business objectives relating to quality, cost, delivery, productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Responsibilities as a Operations Manager in Corby. * Lead and manage end to end operational activities to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of customer requirements. * Oversee production planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure On Time In Full delivery, quality standards, and commercial targets are achieved. * Ensure effective allocation and utilisation of resources including labour, materials, equipment, and capacity planning. * Monitor and manage day to day operational performance, resolving issues, risks, and inefficiencies proactively. * Lead continuous improvement activity including Lean Manufacturing, 5S, waste reduction, process optimisation, and productivity improvements. * Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SC21, and AS9100 standards. * Develop and manage operational KPIs, performance reporting, and data driven decision making. * Control operational budgets and support cost management and financial performance objectives.
