About the role

A Product Manager designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production and GTM. The Product Manager is responsible for defining the roadmap for their product(s) that is required to hit bookings, client NPS and gross margin targets associated with their component.  The product manager will work with internal stakeholders, clients and prospects to define new product capability requirements to drive organic growth.  The product manager works closely with their development teams to ensure that new capabilities are built and brought to market.  The Product Manager is also responsible for testing and deploying new capabilities with clients and evangelizing future growth to a broader set of CW clients and prospects.Responsibilities:Drives the direction of the company roadmapPromotes a culture of communication throughout the organizationDeemed a mentor of mentorsExercises wide latitude in determining objectives and approaches to solving business problemsMaintains an active industry presence (presenting at conferences, white papers, etc.)Can drive discussions with strategic partnerships and potential acquisition targetsIndependently drives strategic process and requires limited oversightRequirementsBS/MS/Ph.D. in Computer Science/related degree OR  equivalent professional experience5+ years managing product management teams with demonstrated experience in establishing and driving product roadmaps10+ years of experience designing and shipping enterprise cloud software products and/or services5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise-scale distributed systems with demanding SLAsExperience working cross-functionally with engineering and sales team leaders to balance feature delivery and technical investmentProven experience leading and delivering on ambitious goalsStrong verbal and written communication skills, and experience working with executive management SummaryLocation: Office - LondonType: Full time
