The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to support the delivery of a £5m mixed-use redevelopment project incorporating leisure, hospitality and commercial facilities. You will oversee finishing trades, manage snagging and de-snagging activities, coordinate subcontractors, ensure health and safety compliance, and drive the project through to successful handover. This role requires a hands-on individual with proven experience delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out or redevelopment projects to programme, quality and client expectations. Key Responsibilities Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks Attend and contribute to routine site progress meetings Report regularly and consistently to the Project Manager Coordinate and supervise finishing trades and subcontractors Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and site management teams Identify and mitigate risks that may impact programme, quality or safety Maintain accurate quality inspections, snagging records and progress reports Maintain a safe working environment and enforce health & safety compliance Monitor progress against programme and address any delays or quality issues Manage project handovers, ensuring all defects are rectified in a timely manner Monitor snagging and de-snagging activities to ensure quality standards are achieved Support the successful delivery of the project to programme, quality and client expectations Carry out quality inspections and ensure works are completed in accordance with specificationsContact Details: Simon Jones - Regional Manager T: (phone number removed)
