Design that's part of the story, not just the process.
This is a rare seat at the table with a contemporary luxury womenswear brand that's built a name for feminine spirit and modern edge and now, thanks to their ongoing success, they need another exceptional designer to help shape what comes next.
Working directly with the Founders, you won't just execute a brief, you'll own it. From the first spark of research to the final press sample, your creative fingerprint will be on the collection. You'll have autonomy over the Womenswear RTW category, moving fluidly across projects with a small, tight-knit team where everyone's voice genuinely counts.

What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with the Creative Director and CEO to build and evolve the womenswear collection, season after season
- Owning the creation, development, and execution of your own designs from concept to sample
- Working hand-in-hand with the Founder and creative team, from first research to delivery
- Shaping direction through research and design development, keeping the wider team aligned
- Getting hands-on with fabrication and print development
- Collaborating in fittings with Garment Tech and Product Development to nail every design amend
- Producing detailed CAD/ Handsketch mock-ups
- Helping expand the range in step with customer needs and a fast-moving market
- Working cross-functionally with merchandising to plan and finalise the collection
- Digging into sales data to sharpen your understanding of what customers really want
- Motivating and inspiring the wider creative team's ideas and research
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience as a Designer in Contemporary/Premium or Luxury Womenswear
- A BA (or equivalent) in a fashion-related discipline
- Excellent Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD skills
- Confident hand-sketching ability
- A self-starter mentality with a genuine love of teamwork
- Sharp time management and the ability to juggle multiple projects at pace
- A real passion for fashion and a strong feel for brand aesthetic
The details:
- Salary: Up to £55K basic + excellent benefits
- Full-time, hybrid working in London
- Benefits: Holiday, Healthcare, Pension, Product Allowance, hybrid - 3 Days in Office / 2 Days WFH
- Right to work in the UK required — this role does not offer sponsorship
