Tools you would expect: Revit, Hevacomp or IES, AutoCAD, Bluebeam for coordination.You are chartered or close to it, with strong UK consultancy experience and the project-running judgement that comes with it. You can carry a scheme from concept through to delivery, manage clients and contractors without rescue, and develop the engineers around you.
