Insurance LawyerSalary: ExcellentLocation: LondonTop 100 Global Practice with offices in London is seeking a seasoned Insurance /Professional Indemnity Lawyer to join its fantastic team – the successful candidate will focus on providing indemnity and general insurance-related advice to their extensive international client base.This highly regarded team undertakes coverage work over all classes of business for a prestigious, sought-after client-base.The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on claims management, coverage disputes, policy wordings, claims notifications and presentations, negotiations with insurers, related recoveries and much more.The ideal candidate will at least 4+ years’ PQE in dealing with complex contentious insurance matters, with a particular regard for coverage advice. Having said that, our client is being flexible in its search and is open to considering those candidates with high-level commercial litigation (or other similairly complex, contentious areas.)
