About the role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior NPD Project Manager to lead a dynamic team responsible for the end-to-end delivery of New Product Development (NPD), productivity, supply optimisation, and maintenance projects across the EMEA region.

You will oversee a high volume of projects annually, working closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries. You’ll also act as a key point of contact for manufacturing partners, ensuring projects land on time, in full, and to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scoping, and end-to-end delivery of innovation and optimisation projects across EMEA.
  • Manage multiple workstreams concurrently, ensuring prioritisation and cross-functional alignment.
  • Line-manage a team of 1–3 project managers, driving high performance and development.
  • Conduct audits of project scoping and execution to uphold best practice standards.
  • Balance diverse stakeholder needs while aligning on project goals and delivery timelines.
  • Champion continuous improvement and drive efficiency in end-to-end project delivery.
  • Analyse project performance data using Excel, Power BI or SAP.


Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven years of project management experience in FMCG or consumer goods environments.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end NPD or commercialisation.
  • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders across regions.
  • Highly proficient in Excel; working knowledge of Power BI and/or SAP preferred.
  • Strong communication, influence and negotiation skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a drive for quality and process adherence.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to link project goals with business outcomes.


This is hybrid role where you'll be expected to be in the office 2 days a week.


The salary bracket is £63,000 - £66,000 + 15% bonus, pension and healthcare. xwzovoh
