Located in a beautiful setting close to Bury St Edmunds and Thetford, our little RAFAKidz family are always busy with trips out, picnics, parties and outdoor learning.

About you As our Chef, you will have lots of stamina, patience, creativity?and imagination with?an abundance?of great ideas to enhance?mealtimes.

The key responsibilities of the role include the?planning, preparation and serving of age appropriate,?nutritious?and?well-balanced?meals and snacks catering for the childrens individual?dietary?requirements?and food allergies.

You will be responsible for the ordering, control, storage and rotation of kitchen stock and ensuring that you and Kitchen Assistants?ensure hygiene and?cleanliness?within the kitchen is of the highest standard in accordance with?Environmental?Health?requirements?and legislation.?A minimum Level 3 qualification in food hygiene is an essential requirement along with? xwzovoh excellent knowledge of current legislations in Environmental Health and Food Standards Agency This post requires a satisfactory, enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check on appointment and every three years thereafter.
