Senior Commercial Counsel – UK & Ireland

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to cover corporate commercial work for our UK and Irish business. The role requires at least five years PQE and a strong commercial contracting background.

You will review, draft and negotiate key agreements, advise on commercial risks, and support cross-functional teams across the region. The position offers a competitive £80,000-£90,000 salary, a bonus scheme up to 25%, and full-time, Monday–Friday work in Crawley.
