Job ID: 7009Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 DOELocation: LondonRegion: LondonA privately owned and self funded Residential Developer with a number of acquisitions and developments in London & the South  urgently require a Financial Manager to maintain and develop the financial health the company and Development team.Responsibilities will include:Monitor and challenge project cost reporting, including land, development, construction and sales and marketing costs.Produce detailed financial appraisals for individual projects to be in line with the company’s wider financial strategy.Be responsible for all due diligence of the development, including financial control, monthly cash flow analyses including variances, real time appraisals, VAT, and other taxes.Draw-down document preparation for project funding.Advise on potential reporting structures to ensure accurate live project reporting.sales and build projection analyses – sales rates v build rates.The ideal candidate will have worked for a residential developer, private equity developing fund, or have exposure to financial control and analyses of developing apartments and mixed-use residential led schemes.You will need to be ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified, proven track record of working in a similar type role for 3 or more years, have good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures, as well as advanced MS Excel skills.A fantastic opportunity to join a growing  dynamic professional development company.
