Senior Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller

A leading engineering consultancy is looking for an experienced Senior Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller to join their Wastewater team in Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol, or Cardiff.

This is an exciting opportunity to take a senior role leading the delivery of a hydraulic modelling framework with a leading UK water company, at a time of unprecedented investment in the water industry.

Responsibilities for Senior Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller:

* Take a senior role leading the delivery of complex wastewater modelling projects

* Support the development and delivery of wastewater catchment strategies and solutions

* Take responsibility for quality of outputs and compliance with standards and specifications

* Manage and/or support project managers in delivering projects and programmes of work

* Support the development of tender responses and fee estimates

* Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff

* Contribute to technical innovation within the team

Essential Requirements for Senior Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller:

* Expertise using InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange

* Experience in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning, and solution development

* Understanding of the UK water industry and regulatory issues

* Proven track record coordinating and delivering technically excellent projects

* Ability to check the work of others, providing quality assurance and driving continuous improvement
