Office Manager 14 Month Contract Belfast City Centre 14-Month Maternity Cover Full-time or Part-time We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established and highly regarded professional services business for an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a 14-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive and professional individual who enjoys taking ownership of the day-to-day running of an office and ensuring that everything operates efficiently and to a high standard. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the overall coordination and smooth running of the office, while providing high-level administrative support to senior management and the wider team. Key responsibilities Take ownership of the day-to-day management and smooth running of the office. Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities and relationships with external suppliers. Liaise with building management, contractors and service providers as required. Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, expenses and general financial administration. Help ensure company policies, procedures and administrative processes are followed effectively. Identify opportunities to improve office processes and introduce greater efficiency. Ensure the office environment remains professional, organised, welcoming and well presented. About you Office Manager or Senior Administrator who is confident taking ownership of a varied workload and managing the day-to-day requirements of a busy professional environment. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. The business is open to both full-time and part-time applications and will consider candidates looking for flexibility around their working hours.
