We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and go-to-market delivery for a portfolio of innovative B2B products and services. This is an exciting opportunity to shape product positioning, drive customer adoption, and influence commercial growth within a complex and highly collaborative environment.
The Role
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of product marketing strategy across the entire product lifecycle, from commercial validation and market introduction through to adoption, growth, and ongoing optimisation. Working closely with Product, Sales, Digital, Campaigns, and Customer teams, you will ensure products are positioned effectively and achieve strong market adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing and go-to-market strategies.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and target audience strategies.
- Use customer, market, and competitor insight to identify commercial opportunities and inform business decisions.
- Lead cross-functional product launch planning and market introduction activity.
- Drive customer adoption, retention, and commercial growth throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop sales enablement materials, product guides, and go-to-market assets.
- Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimise results.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful commercial outcomes.
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery experience.
Essential Experience
- Significant experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, or a related commercial marketing role.
- Experience developing and delivering successful go-to-market strategies within complex B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of customer insight, market research, segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Proven ability to translate complex products and services into compelling customer value propositions.
- Experience driving customer adoption, retention, and commercial growth.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience using marketing performance data and analytics to inform decision-making.
Desirable Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- CIM Level 6 qualification or equivalent.
