Ceded Re Analyst

Ceded Re Senior Analyst Location: London (Hybrid)Type: Full TimeAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ceded Re Senior Analyst to join a growing specialty insurance business. This role will play a key part in supporting and enhancing ceded reinsurance operations, ensuring accurate treaty administration, reporting, recoverables management and process improvement across the business. Key Responsibilities: Manage ceded premium and loss reporting, collections and treaty activity Ensure accurate setup and administration of reinsurance arrangements Produce bordereaux, reporting and reconciliations Support financial close processes and ceded balance reporting Analyse exposure data and reinsurer performance Identify and implement process improvements and reporting enhancements Work closely with underwriting, claims, finance and reinsurance teams Liaise with brokers and external partners regarding documentation and reporting requirements About You: 5+ years’ experience within ceded reinsurance operations or reinsurance accounting Strong understanding of quota share, treaty and facultative arrangements Experience within delegated authority/MGA business beneficial Knowledge of bordereaux management, reconciliations and financial reporting Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Professional qualifications (e.g. CII) advantageous Benefits: Competitive salary + bonus Hybrid working 10% employer pension contribution Private healthcare Life assurance and income protection Long-term incentive plan 25 days holiday A great opportunity for a reinsurance professional looking to join a collaborative and growing business where they can make a real impact.
