Quantity Surveyor

Ashbys Consulting are working with a high-spec, independent housebuilder in Hertfordshire who are looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor.The company deliver a range of new homes across the South East; from small, bespoke developments; to major, multi-phase schemes encompassing affordable homes up to 5 and 6-bedroom units. Projects are typically delivered using standard house types, with long-term subcontractor relationships already in place. This regional office in Hertfordshire focuses on building in the Northern Home Counties with 3-4 live developments at once.This developer are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who will join their small Commercial team to deliver traditionally built developments of up to 100 units.

You will report to a Commercial Manager, and ideally be able to take full responsibility for a brand new scheme.You should have experience of working in a housebuilding environment, and have the desire to develop yourself professionally in the long term.
