This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and highly organised buying professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you’ll support the management of key beauty brands while helping to ensure stock availability, supplier performance and commercial opportunities are maximised. Managing and buying across a selection of brands within the Justmylook portfolio Raising and managing purchase orders in line with the buying cycle Chasing overdue orders and communicating delivery updates with the warehouse team Monitoring sales spikes and stock performance to ensure customer demand is met Reviewing stock levels against sales data and making commercially relevant recommendations Negotiating promotions and offers with suppliers to support trading activity Supporting wider business functions with ad hoc commercial and operational tasks where required Previous experience within a buying or purchasing role within either beauty, skincare, cosmetics, hair Highly numerate with strong analytical and commercial awareness A proactive and flexible approach with a willingness to support across the wider business Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce accurate and professional written content This is more than just a buying role – it’s an opportunity to develop your career within a business experiencing exceptional growth.
