People Strategy & Culture Director

Essex is seeking an experienced People Director to spearhead the development of its people culture within the Trust. The role includes leadership across recruitment, retention, and employee relations to foster a supportive and engaging work environment.

The successful candidate will have considerable HR leadership experience, strong employment law knowledge, and a passion for inclusivity and organizational improvement. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Chelmsford.
