Recruitment Consultant

The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment process, working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver the right people for the right roles. Your responsibilities will include: * Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients * Identifying new business opportunities and winning new accounts * Sourcing candidates through CV databases, advertising and networking * Conducting candidate screening and interviews * Matching candidates to suitable vacancies * Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement * Negotiating offers and managing expectations between clients and candidates * Building a strong network of candidates within your specialist market * Working towards individual and team targets * Providing an excellent level of service to both clients and candidates What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: * Ambitious and motivated by financial success * Confident and comfortable speaking to people * Competitive with a strong desire to achieve * Resilient and able to handle rejection * Organised with excellent attention to detail * A strong communicator * Target-driven and results-focused * Positive, professional and willing to learn * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Previous recruitment or sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
