Senior HR Advisor (Policy, Projects, Policy)

The HR Advisor will play a key role in delivering a proactive HR service, supporting managers with a wide range of employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice. The People Advisor will also help drive efficient recruitment processes and contribute to HR initiatives. Provide advice on employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, etc.) Support end-to-end recruitment and selection activity Guide managers on policies, procedures, and employment law Contribute to HR projects and policy development Experience in a People/HR Advisor/Officer/ Coordinator role CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience), with further study desirable Hybrid working, predominantly working from home, once a month at the HQ in Maidstone and travel to sites across Kent on average once a week.
